How we will work together

As a life coach, I will ask you to commit at the outset to a number of sessions, usually six. We will agree a time and place to meet, or we can work over the telephone or by email. Our work together will help you to identify your goals, draw up action plans and move steadily along your chosen path. Of course, you may need to make adjustments along the way. You may find the pace too easy … You may even find you need to rethink your goals in the light of what you discover about yourself once we embark on your journey.

As a life coach, I will not tell you what you need to do or how to do it. My job is to facilitate and support you as you develop and put into practice your own life plan …
